Tasting Notes
Caramel and brown sugar shine through. Notes of stone fruit, toffee, butterscotch, and oak are present as is banana very subtly. The aroma is pleasant brown sugar. See the reviews for helpful Curiada customer notes.

Production Notes
This Demerara rum is crafted by Master Blender, Sharon Sur-Hang-Baksh Laid in Guyana. After blending, the rum is laid to rest in oak barrels for at least 8 years. Demerara Distillers have a true commitment to sustainability. Their distillery has an on site Carbon Dioxide plant which captures the CO2 produced during fermentation for utilization in other local services such as soft drink carbonation and dry ice production.
