You’ll find a spirit that doesn’t stray too far from its origins, Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, with vanilla, molasses and a bit of mint on the nose. The taste is sweet and straightforward, brown sugar and spice, with toffee, oak and dark fruits, then a touch of cinnamon. Long, smooth, and deep finish.

After aging seven years, this Rye Recipe Bourbon was bottled at 94 proof.
