Capturing the delicate flavor and aroma of fresh ripe pears, Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur combines juice from the seasonal harvest of Williams Pears with an eau-de-vie produced from the same fruit. The resulting liqueur captures the great aromatic of fresh pears, yet without the excessive sweetness you’ll find in most pear liqueurs.

Invitingly fresh pear aromas. Bursting with juicy pear flavor, the notes are clear, bright, and pure. Not too sweet and never artificial or cloying. A perfect pear finish.
Suggested Serves
- Use in place of triple sec or other orange liqueurs when making margaritas.
- Daisy Buchanan: Build in a flute: 1 oz Calvados, and .5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur. Top with 4 oz of sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.
- Mix with flavorful white spirits
- Drizzle into soda water, wheat beer or sparkling wine
