High N’ Wicked’s “The Wild Rover” – Singular Limited Release No. 2 is a double cask matured, triple distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.
Non-Chill Filtered.
No Additives.
Very few bottles of this release remain. And, once they’re gone they will never be available again.
Tasting Notes
On the nose the aroma of tree fruits, toffee, and apple butter, followed by wildflower honey. Delightful and layered on the palette – dutch apple pie, caramelized pears, and figgy jam and honeyed brioche. A long and smooth finish with nutty character.

Production Notes
The Wild Rover No. 2 was originally distilled at the Royal Oak Distillery, utilizing 100% malted barley, sourced entirely from County Carlow, Ireland.
Triple distilled in copper pot stills, this unforgettable spirit was then aged in first fill ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in 300L ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks for 8 months.
