HQF – Grilled Eggplants Preserved in Olive Oil
A line of pickles without additives and preservatives, produced with only natural ingredients such as salt, vinegar, and oil. The raw materials come exclusively from controlled crops and are processed according to traditional recipes.
The Aubergines, of the long type and with a dark purple color, are processed when fresh. In this process, the grilled aubergines are flavored with a herb sauce, excellent for appetizers and side dishes.
