About Kuleana Huihui White Rum
An unaged rum designed to make cocktails sing. Huihui blends Kuleana Rum Works’ Hawaiian Rum Agricole with exceptional Martinique agricole and a delicious, light Papua New Guinea rum to create a super drinkable rum that has more than a hint of the exotic.
Definition of Huihui: Something that is “mixed, mingled, united; or pooled together.” Huihui can be a group of people, a constellation of stars, or a great cocktail.

Fresh cane, pikake (Hawaiian Jasmine), guava bread pudding, lime peel.
Suggested Serves

- 1 oz Kuleana Huihui
- .5 oz Lilikoi (fruit or purée)
- .5 oz Orgeat
- .5 oz Pineapple rum
- .25 oz Lemon juice
- .25 oz Dry sherry float
- Method: Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with a bit of crushed ice. Add sherry float on top and garnish with an edible flower.

- 1.5 oz Kuleana Huihui
- 1 oz Kuleana Nanea
- .75 oz Lime juice
- .5 oz Orgeat
- .25 oz Orange curaçao
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- Method: Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into your favorite tiki glass or mug. Garnish with mint.
- Hawi Highball
- 1.5 oz Kuleana Huihui
- .5 oz Orgeat
- .25 oz Lilikoi syrup
- Top with Fever Tree lime & yuzu soda water
- Method: Combine all ingredients in collins glass, add ice, stir. Then fill with more ice and top with soda water. Garnish with lime wheel.
Production Notes
Like all the Kuleana Rum Works blends, Huihui is a handcrafted blend of base, body, and accent rums. First a delicious, light (low congener/high ABV) rum distilled from molasses in Papua New Guinea. To give it it’s award-winning body, they add the distillery’s own Hawaiian Rum Agricole – rum made from fresh pressed sugarcane juice grown on their farm in Kohala, Hawaii. And to create an exotic accent, an exceptional rum agricole from Martinique.
Founder Facts
The Kuleana Rum Works team are farmers, blenders, and distillers. They grow ~35 heirloom varieties of kō (Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane), on their 44 acre farm on the Kohala coast on the island of Hawai‘i. They use this kō to create an exceptionally flavorful Hawaiian Rum Agricole, which provides the magic for their world-class family of blends. The distillery never uses any post distillation processing, ensuring all of the products are free of sweeteners, flavors, or coloring, resulting in a family of gluten free, sugar free, and 0 carb rums.
