On the nose a balanced corn sweetness, caramel, light oak, syrup, and slight savory notes. First sips taste of sweet corn grain with syrup, blending into fruit, syrup, candied sweetness and slight savory grain notes. The balanced finish lingers with candied, sweet, syrup, slight grain, and pleasant fruit.

Penelope Four Grain Bourbon is a blend of three different MGP bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains: wheat, rye, corn, and malt. It is aged 2-3 years and non chill-filtered.
Penelope Bourbon is distilled at MGP’s historic Lawrenceburg, Indiana distillery, and is blended and bottled at Penelope’s new blending house in New Jersey.
