- 1.5 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
- Method: Serve with orange, watermelon, pineapple or cucumber slice, garnished with worm salt or tajin.
- Young Soul
- 1 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
- .75 oz. Fresh lime juice
- .5 oz. Yuzuri liquor
- .25 oz. Agave syrup
- Club soda
- Method: Mix ingredients on a salt-rimmed highball glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with an orange peel
- Mezcal Mojito
- 1.5 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
- .75 oz. Fresh lime juice
- .5 oz. Simple syrup
- Club soda
- 1 Strawberry
- 5 Mint leaves
- Method: Muddle mint and strawberries with agave nectar and lime juice in a highball glass. Add LPV, club soda, and ice, then stir. Garnish with strawberry & mint.
Production Notes
Made with 100% cultivated Espadin. The agave pinas are roasted for 6-10 days and crushed to extract the agave nectar. Fermentation takes approximately 7 days. The liquid is double distilled.
