.25 oz Simple syrup
.5 oz lime juice
fresh mint
top with sparkling water
muddle mint, lime juice, and simple
add Mahina and rhum and soda water
ice

.25 oz Cafe liqueur
.5 oz Cold Brew or espresso
1.5 oz Aged Lucian Rum
add all ingredients to shaker with ice
shake until cold
strain into cocktail coupe
