Master Distiller Lance Winters spent more than a decade perfecting the distillation of their Absinthe as a side project; the spirits’ sale (but not its production) had been banned in the US for nearly a century. In 2007, when the ban was lifted, St. George Spirit’s introduced Absinthe Verte.
